| Objective To explore the influencing factors of perinatal congenital heart disease in Hunan, then provide scientific evidence for congenital heart disease prevention and etiological study. Methods Adopted the hospital-based case-control study to explore the influencing factor of perinatal congenital heart disease in Hunan. In July 1,2007 to June 30, 2008, congenital heart disease perinatal mothers were selected as disease cases. Controls with no congenital disease were selected at the same hospital at the corresponding period in 45 Birth Defects Monitoring hospitals of 14 cities in Hunan Province. all the objects using the unification questionnaire, filled out face-to-face through gynecologist's inquiry; parents were interviewed about a wide range of exposures that occurred during the first trimester and before the pregnancy.the general information of mother and prenatal was get by descriptive analysis; single factor and multi-factor logistic regression was adopted to analysis the influencing factor of perinatal congenital heart disease; the statistical analysis software is SPSS15.0.Results Chi-square test and single factor logistic regression shows that: exposure to occupational risk factors before or during pregnancy, suffering from chronic diseases, early pregnancy flu, serious early pregnancy reaction, place of residence exists environment pollution sources, the pregnant woman has abnormal reproductive history and family genetic history are suspicious risk factors of congenital heart disease. Regular consumption of meat and fruits, beans and milk during pregnancy are protective factors of congenital heart disease; multi-factor logistic regression analysis show that: regular consumption of fish, meat, eggs, etc during pregnancy, regular consumption of milk, beans during pregnancy are the protective factors of congenital heart disease; serious early pregnancy reaction(OR=1.586,95%CI:1.068-2.355), place of residence exists environment pollution sources(OR=5.133,95%CI:1.992-13.244),the pregnant woman has abnormal reproductive history(OR=3.457, 95%CI:1.782-6.709), family genetic history (OR=12.128,95%CI:4.13-35.595) are the suspicious risk factors of congenital heart disease. Conclusion Regular consumption of fish, meat, eggs, milk, beans vitamin etc avoid exposure to occupational risk factors, prevention disease, away from environmental pollution during pregnancy are the important measures to reduce the risk of perinatal congenital heart disease. |
