| Objective:1. To describe the rehabilitation and social adaptation status of heart transplant recipients.2. To describe the level of social support and health related behavior of heart transplant recipients. To describe the requirements of the caregivers of heart transplant recipients.3. To explore the correlative factors of heart transplant recipients'rehabilitation.4. To explore the establishment of"hospital-community-family"system to support heart transplant recipients.Methods:1. Quality and quantity research methods have been used in this study. The sample is consisted of 30 heart transplant recipients.2. Data was obtained by using self-made personal characteristics questionnaire, heart transplant recipients'rehabilitation status questionnaire, health behavior questionnaire, SSRS and self-made nursing requirement questionnaire. The descriptive statistics, two-sample t-test, one way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis were adopted.3. 8 heart transplant recipients and caregivers were interviewed to know the difference between the heart transplantation and their special experiences. Based on the quantity research method to collect and analyze the information, summarize the main meaning.Results:1. The rehabilitation status of heart transplant recipients: the mean score of physical functional was 15.27±4.49. The mean score of anxiety is 6.20±4.79; the mean score of depression is 6.37±4.46. The mean score of social adaptation is 1.93±1.74, half of heart transplant recipients had defect on social adaptation.2. The mean score of health related behavior of 30 heart transplant recipients is 94.60±16.34. The mean score of social support is 33.00±6.44, which is statistical significance to normal people. The top five nursing skills which are most required by caregivers of heart transplant recipients are medicine care, nutrition, arrangement of daytime, exercise, complication care.3. Education, payment for medicine and return to work are the factors related to physical rehabilitation. Education, work, payment for medicine, health insurance status, social support status and health related behavior status are the factors related to depression and anxiety status.Conclusion:1. The levels of physical rehabilitation, depression and anxiety status, social adaptation are middle status. Parts of recipients have depression and anxiety problems. Half of heart transplant recipients have defect on social adaptation, especially in return to work, activity in and out of the family.2. The health related behavior is medium level. The exercise behavior is the lowest level. The level of social support of heart transplant recipients is lower than normal people.3. The improvement of the heart transplant recipients'social support level and the enhancement of their health related behaviors are benefit to the physical and mental rehabilitations of heart transplant recipients. Encouragement of returning to work to the recipients is helpful to their social adaptation.4. Establishment of the"hospital-community-family"health care system, full utilization the resource of community center and encouragement of joining the rehabilitation care to the caregivers could promote the rehabilitation status of heart transplant recipients. |
