| Soy isoflavone in soy beans is a kind of active substances with physiological functions. In recent years, with its role in health research and development continued to deepen, the existence of forms of soy isoflavone and its physiological function mechanism are gradually being recognized. The purpose of this study is to explore effects and mechanisms of genistein associated with GLU for protecting the liver and detoxification. The purpose of this study is to investigate genistein,GLU's influence on the association between the activities of ALT,AST,the contents of TP,ALB,GSH,the numbers of AgNORs and liver lesions caused by APAP;and it is to explore how genistein could induce UGTs with the existence of glu in metabolization in vivo and vitro. As it is turned out:(1) The mice experiment revealed that genistein or associated with GLU significantly decreased the activities of ALT,AST,increased the contents of TP,ALB,GSH.The values are close to the control group, that is to say genistein associated with GLU can protect the liver.(2) It could be seen that hepatocyte of the model group swelled and loosened using microscope,.Howerver, hepatocyte density of mixed group was recovered, the number of AgNORs was more than the control group as well as I.S.(3) Genistein significantly increased the activities of UGTs,and reduced the contents of APAP in blood. When it was associated with GLU,the contents of APAP dropped notably(P<0.05).This findings was conformed with that of in vivo experiments. In summary, genistein associated with GLU could enhance the effects on detoxification and hepaticprotenction. The mechanism could be that GLU was hydrolyzed and produced the glucuronic acid when it entered the body of rat.And genistein could induce the activities of UGTs to expand the metabolism of APAP-Glu,decreased the contents of APAP in the blood of rat. |
