| Objective:To evaluate the fenestration surgery and total laminectomy surgery for lumbar disc herniation of the long-term effect. And to explore the fenestration surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation mechanism for future clinical treatment.Methods:This study used a questionnaire-type survey method, before and after surgery and after two different surgical methods in patients with low back pain, leg pain, walking ability, straight leg raising, sensory disturbance, movement disorders, such as 6, the observation and evaluation of fenestration surgery and total laminectomy surgery for lumbar disc herniation in patients with long-term treatment effect. Will be 66 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group (windows) and the control group (total laminectomy group). Treatment group 33 cases,33 cases of the control group.Results:116 cases of surgical patients have been 66 cases of patients with follow-up, after Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score in the low back pain, leg pain, walking ability and the improvement on total score was better than preoperative (P <0. 05) excellent and good rate 76 %. Fenestration and wide laminectomy, respectively in the above four aspects have significant differences. Also at the operative time, blood loss, bed-time, length of stay has also significantly different.Conclusion:Conservative treatment for lumbar disc herniation invalid surgical treatment should be used, fenestration surgery for lumbar disc herniation long-term efficacy is superior to the whole laminectomy. |
