| Objective:With the social and economic development,population aging process was accelerated,the human quality of life become increasingly demanding,male sexual dysfunction had been increased incidence.It was estimated that globally there are at least hundreds of millions of men suffering from sexual dysfunction to varying degrees,a study conducted by the United States showed that 40 to 70-year-old man in 52%of people suffering from various degrees of sexual dysfunction.1582 Shanghai,China had more than 40-year-old male city to investigate and found that ED(erectile dysfunction)the incidence of up to 73.1%.Clinically,the treatment of simple kidney impotence was not the preferred method,the current from the Harmonizing liver and Tonifying kidney and Tonifying Qi and spleen. Treating sexual dysfunction are more and more attention.But now,at Spleen Qi Deficiency on the impact on sexual function,in theory,less discussed, without integrity,and related experimental studies for less,not depth. Thus,the spleen of male sexual function study on the impact of a certain clinical significance.Spleen Qi Deficiency of the major research topic of male sexual function,for clinical male sexual dysfunction from the Spleen to provide theoretical and experimental basis.Method:Choose healthy wistar male rats 40,adaptive feeding week to males were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal group,model group,Nan Bao pill Group Sijunzi soup group.Normal control group were not given any stimulus,and the rest of the group tired and cold diarrhea over law(add swimming Act administered rhubarb)rat model of Spleen Qi Deficiency. Model is completed,Nan Bao Group and Sijunzi soup Group were 21 days for delivery,and then determined electrophysiological parameters of vitality and female pairs were observed mating ability,and record the related parameters,were killed after mating big finish rats,testing the serum gastrin,serum D-xylitol,penile nitric oxide synthase(NOS)activity and other indicators of change,statistical analysis of the significance of the target changes.Results:①Electrophysiological determination of vitality:with the normal group,model group and Nan bao Group rats penile erection latency were significantly longer(P＜0.01),ejaculation latency shortened significantly(P＜0.01).Compared with model group,rats Sijunzi Soup erectile significantly shorten the incubation period(P＜0.05),ejaculation latency was significantly longer(P＜0.05),shows that Sijunzi Soup model can significantly shorten the incubation period of penile erection in rats,prolong their ejaculation latency.Compared with the Nan Bao group,rats Sijunzi Soup erectile significantly shorten the incubation period(P＜0.05),ejaculation latency was significantly longer(P＜0.05),showed that rats Sijunzi Soup improve erectile ejaculation latency and the latency is better than the role of Nan Bao pill Group.②mating test:Compared with the normal group,model group and Nan bao Group rats climb back latency were significantly prolonged(P＜0.05),climb back a significant reduction in the number(P＜0.01), ejaculation latency decreased significantly(P＜0.01),ejaculation frequency significantly reduced(P＜0.01).Compared with model group,male rats climb back Nan Bao pill Group was no significant difference in latency(P＞0.05),climb back to increase the number of no significant(P＜0.05), ejaculation latency no significant extension of(P＞0.05),ejaculation frequency was no significant increase in(P＞0.05);Sijunzi Soup Group climb back rats significantly shorten the incubation period(P＜0.05),the number of mounting a significant increase(P＜0.05),ejaculation latency was significantly prolonged(P＜0.05),a marked increase in frequency of ejaculation(P＜0.01),indicating that Sijunzi Soup Group can significantly shorten the latency of rats climb back,a significant increase in the number of its climb back to extend the ejaculation latency,ejaculation frequency increased.Compared with the Nan Bao pill group,rats Sijunzitang climb back significantly shorten the incubation period(P＜0.05),the number of mounting a significant increase(P＜0.05),ejaculation latency was significantly prolonged(P＜0.05),a marked increase in frequency of ejaculation(P＜0.01),indicating that Sijunzi soup rat climb back to shorten the incubation period,increasing the number of its climb back to extend the ejaculation latency,ejaculation increase in the number of man is better than Nan Bao pill Group.③serum gastrin,serum concentrations of D-xylitol Determination:Compared with normal group,model group and Nan Bao pill Group serum gastrin,serum D-xylitol concentrations were significantly different(P＜0.01),while Sijunzi soup was no significant difference(P＞0.05).Compared with model group,serum gastrin Nan Bao pill group, serum concentrations of D-xylitol content of no significant difference(P＞0.05);Sijunzi Soup serum gastrin,serum D-xylitol concentrations than the model group increased significantly(P＜0.05),and the serum D-xylitol concentrations increased more significantly(P＜0.01).Compared with the Nan Bao group,Sijunzi Soup serum gastrin,serum D-xylitol concentrations were significantly increased(P＜0.05).④NOS content in penile tissue of rats: comparison with the normal group,model group and the male rat penile tissue Nan Bao NOS were significant differences in content(P＜0.01),Sijunzi Soup no significant difference between groups(P＞0.05).Compared with model group,Sijunzi Soup NOS in rat penile tissue were significantly increased(P＜0.05).Compared with the Nan Bao group,Sijunzi Soup NOS in rat penile tissue were significantly increased(P＜0.05).Conclution:①Spleen Qi Deficiency could be directly extended male penile erection latency,shorten the ejaculation latency,latency to extend its climb back,climb back to reduce the frequency,to reduce their ejaculation frequency,directly reduce the male sexual function.②Spleen Qi Deficiency could affect the serum gastrin,serum concentrations of D-xylitol content indirectly affect their sexual function.③Spleen Qi Deficiency could reduce the male penile tissue NOS activity,thus affecting its function.④Experimental results showed that Spleen Qi Deficiency on the model of sexual function in rats with a certain impact,Sijunzi Soup could improve the impact,which may be up for clinical male sexual dysfunction from the Spleen to provide theoretical and experimental basis. |
