Study On Pharmaceutical And Serum Pharmacochemistry Of Naodesheng Soft-capsula

The formula of NaodeSheng(NDS) which is composed of Panax notoginseng(Burk.) F.H.Chen,Radix Puerariae,Carthamus tinctorius L.,Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.and Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort.comes from Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005(part one).The major effects of this medicine include reducing stasis and improving blood circulation,mediating main and collateral channels,and regaining consciousness.Itis a remedy for cerebral arteriosclerosis,stoke and sequel of cerebral hemorrhage.It has a longer use time and leads to more accurate effects.The thesis adopt modern common character key technology to research the compound Naodesheng,including the dosage form reform,quality standard,stability,bioequivalence,serum pharmacochemistry etc,aim at providing bases of the secondary development about the Naodesheng preparation.We did research into the preparation technology about the new dosage form"Naodesheng soft-capsula",determined the composition of the contents, the preparative method of the capsule materials,compatibility of contents and rubber,etc,and proved by the semi-works production.The modern analysis methods were carried out to study on the quality standard of Naodesheng soft-capsula,in order to form the perfect quality standard.Adopted the accelerated test and common temperature test to study the preliminary stability of the Naodesheng soft-capsula in six months,the results are determined by the methods listed in quality standard.It shows that the Naodesheng soft-capsula has a good stability.Study on the relative bioavailability and pharmacokinetics of Naodesheng tablets and Naodesheng soft-capsula,results showed that they were bioequivalence.Research on the serum pharmacochemistry of Naodesheng tablets and Naodesheng soft-capsula,in order to provide guidance to the material fundament.
