| PurposeWei-Bing-Yi-Hao-Fang is used to treat peptic ulcer(PU) with heat of spleen and stomach TCM.By observing the total effect and the changes in the total accumulated scores of TCM sympotoms, gastroscope inspecion and Hp test,the purpose is to evaluate objectively the clinical effect of Wei-Bing-Yi-Hao-Fang on the treatment of peptic ulcer(PU),and to probe its function mechanism, and to provide the theoretical basis in the clinical application.Methords1.90 qualified test-acceptors were diagnosed as peptic ulcer(PU) with heat of spleen and stomach TCM.According to the "Randomized Number Scale",90 qualified test-acceptors were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group in propotion to 1:1.The treatment group had 45 cases and the control group also had 45 cases.2.The treatment group was given Wei-Bing-Yi-Hao-Fang. Wei-Bing-Yi-Hao-Fang was composed of astragalus 15g,honeysuckle 24g,dandelion 24g,hawthorn 15g,the divine comedy 15g,malt 15g, aurantii 12g,chuanxiong 12g,radix angelicae 15g,rhubarb 6g, baiji 15g,cuttlefish bone 15g,licorice component 1Og. Wei-Bing-Yi-Hao-Fang was taken 150ml every time,three times per day and its course of treatment was six weeks.The control group was given omeprazole 20mg every time,twice per day.The control group course of treatment was six weeks.If some patients who infected Helicobacter pylori(Hp) were given anti-Hp therapy with amoxycillin 0.5g,plus clarithromycin 250mg every time,twice per day,its course of treatment was one week.3.With reference to "the treatment of Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principles",we determined the clinical symptoms and signs of the quantitative grading standards,and recorded each patients' accumulated scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment.All the cases must be done gastroscope inspecion before and after treatment.After the end of the experiment,the data was recorded and analysed in order to evaluate the clinical effect.By comparing the changes of the effects of indicators(including TCM symptoms and signs,gastroscope inspecion and Hp test) before and after treatment,and the changes of the safety of observation(including Blood-Rt,Urine-Rt,Stool-Rt,ECG,liver function and kidney function),we evaluated the effectiveness of treatment.4.All data was processed by statistical software SPSS13.0.The comparison of measurement data between the two groups adopted t test; its own comparison before and after treatment adopted pairedt test; the comparison of count data adopted a chi-square test;the level data adopted rank sum test.There was a significant difference when P<0.05; On the contrary,there was no significant difference when P>0.05.Results1.Analysis of the total effect:the treatment group had 14 cases of clinical cure,13 cases of marked effectiveness,13 cases of clinical effectiveness,5 cases of clinical invalidity.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%,and the marked effective rate of the treatment group was 60.00%.The control group had 13 cases of clinical cure,13 cases of marked effectiveness, 12 cases of clinical effectiveness,7 cases of clinical invalidity. The total effective rate of the control group was 84.44%,and the marked effective rate of the control group was 57.78%.After statistical analysis,the comparison of the total effective rate and the marked effective rate between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),which showed that the treatment group and the control group had a considerable effect.2.Analysis of the total accumulated scores of TCM symptoms:the total accumulated scores of symptoms and signs(13.42±5.07) after treatment in the treatment group had a more significant reduction than the total accumulated scores of symptoms and signs(25.58±4.86) before treatment.After statistical analysis,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);the total accumulated scores of symptoms and signs(13.34±5.26) after treatment in the control group had a more significant reduction than the total accumulated scores of symptoms and signs(24.96±4.63) before treatment.After statistical analysis,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the total accumulated scores of symptoms and signs(13.42±5.07) in the treatment group and the total accumulated scores of symptoms and signs(13.34±5.26) in the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05),which showed that treatment of the two drugs had a significant effect,and that the effect of two drugs was considerable.3.Analysis of gastroscope inspecion:the treatment group had 17 cases of clinical cure,14 cases of marked effectiveness,8 cases of clinical effectiveness,6 cases of clinical invalidity,and the total effective rate of gastroscope inspecion in the treatment group was 86.67%;the control group had 16 cases of clinical cure, 12 cases of marked effectiveness,10 cases of clinical effectiveness,7 cases of clinical invalidity,and the total effective rate of gastroscope inspecion in the control group was 84.44%.After statistical analysis,the comparison of the total effective rate of gastroscope inspecion between two groups had no significant(P>0.05),which showed that the treatment group and the control group had a considerable effect in gastroscope inspecion.4.Analysis of Hp test:the clear rate of Hp in trearment group was 57.89%;The clear rate of Hp in the control group was 54.05 %.After statistical analysis,the comparison of the clear rate of Hp between two groups had no significant(P>0.05),which showed that the treatment group and the control group had a considerable effect in Hp test.5.In the aspects of safety observation,the treatment group and the control group had no adverse reactions.ConclusionWei-Bing-Yi-Hao-Fang had a definite effect on peptic ulcer(PU) with heat of spleen and stomach TCM,and improved in the aspects of the accumulated scores of sympotoms and signs, gastroscope inspection and Hp test.The effect of Wei-Bing-Yi-Hao-Fang was similar to amoxycillin,and had no adverse reactions.The clinical study showed that Wei-Bing-Yi-Hao-Fang was effective and safe.Therefore, Wei-Bing-Yi-Hao-Fang was a effective prescription medicine for the treatment of peptic ulcer(PU). |
