| Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of LigasureTM hemorrhoidectmy and Jiu Hua Gao external therapy treated in mixed hemorrhoids, provide a operative treatment for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:one hundred cases of the mixed hemorrhiods was divided randomly into therapy group(50cases) and control group (50cases),the therapy group was adopted Ligasure hemorrhoidectmy and Jiu Hua Gao external therapy ,and the control group was given external dissection for external piles and ligation for internal piles, we observed the clinical datas,for example ,the time consumed for operation and the blood volume lost during operation,and lived in hospital time and wound union time and postoperative comp1ications so on. Results:There was notable difference in operation time and the blood volume lost during operation and the hospital time between the two groups(P<0.05),so the tested group better than the controlled group .The two groups had significant difference in most of postoperative comp1ications, such as hemorrhage,pain scores,retention of urine,fullness of anus(P<0.05); but The two groups had no notable difference in the clinical curative effect and postperative infection, edema, anal stenosis, anal incontinence,wound union time,recurrence rate(P>0.05). Conclusion:LigasureTM hemorrhoidectmy and Jiu Hua Gao external therapy get good clinical effect to treat mixed hemorrhoids.it has many advantages of less operation time and less postoperative comp1ications so on. It is a safe and effective and facility to performand and mininal invasive operation method, it deserves spreading to use. |
