Objective: To research the effect and mechanism of resistance in invasion and metastatic after TACE of rat hepatoma with Basil capsule. Methods: 1.The normalization of animal model of rat hepatoma and the heal of TACE. To carry out the heal of TACE. 2.The research of resistance in invasion and metastatic after TACE of rat hepatoma with Basil capsules. Animal were randomly assigned into five groups. For TACE group to simulate the heal of TACE. For TACE+ Basil capsule group to carry out different dose Basil capsule after the heal of TACE. As cut-in point HIF-1αis very important,detect the expression of VEGF,HIF-1α,MMP-2,MMP-9 and Bcl-2 in hepatoma focus of infection after TACE and the level of sICAM-1 and AFP with serological method.To observe the change of hepatoma pathohistology to research the effect and mechanism of resistance in invasion and metastatic after TACE of rat hepatoma with Basil capsule form cell mobility energy metabolism neogenesis of hepatoma blood vessel.Results: Basil capsule can obviously improve hypoxia environmental in local of rat hepatoma after TACE .Down regulation the expression of VEGF,HIF-1α,MMP-2,MMP-9 and Bcl-2 in hepatoma focus of infection and AFP,sICAM-1 in blood serum.Conclusion: Basil capsule can obviously improve hypoxia environmental in local of rat hepatoma and have dose dependent inhibitory action for invasion and metastatic after TACE of rat hepatoma.
