The Clinical Research About Rotational Maneuver Of The Supine Position To Treat CSA

Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA)is a common orthopedic disease.The rotational maneuver to treat CSA is considered the most valuable one.The rotational maneuver of Supine position for CSA was originated in chiropractic medicine of U.S.A.Under the guidance of Professor Yu Xuefeng.we have obtained a satisfactory clinical efficacy by using this manipulation to treat CAS.(Object):To further improve the Clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment in CSA by rotational maneuver,two treatments have been studied between the rotational maneuver of the Supine position and that of the sat position with a view to discussing the way of a new ideas of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for the treatment of CSA,inheriting and carrying forward the experience of traditional treatment of the Chinese medicine.(Methods):This article include two parts.One is the progres of the clinical treatment and research in CSA of Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Another is the study of the rotational maneuver of the Supine position.60 patients diagnosed CSA were divided into two groups by random, received experiment.Among these patients,the therapeutic group(30 patients) were treated by the rotational maneuver of the Supine position and the contract group(30 patients)were treated by the rotational maneuver of the sat position.Much data of Basilar Artery was recorded by Transcranial Color Doppler(TCD)before and after the treatment and then was processed by statistical software.(Results):The therapeutic group is better than the contract group in the total effectiveness,the Symptom score and the blood stream dynamic parameter of Basilar Artery.There are more significant differences and statistics significance(p＜0.05)in the two groups.(Conclusion):The treatment of CSA by the rotational maneuver of the Supine position is more worthy of promotion than the traditional approach because of its clinical efficacy,safety,and easy operation.
