The Influence Of Jia Wei Jan Ling Tang On The Interleukin-6 And Insulin Resistence Of The EH Patients

Objective:To detect the interleukin-6 level and other objective indicators of the EH patients,evaluate the curative effect and Security of jia wei jian ling tang on insulin resistence and discuss its clinical mechanism.Methods:A total of 60 EH patients were observed according to the diagnosis criteria.They were divided into two groups at random, single-blind,controlled trial.Every group had 30 patients,There was no obvious difference in age,sex,illness course and severity degree between the two groups.The control group were treated by enalaprilat(10mg Qd),while patients in the treatment group were treated by jia wei jian ling tang(150ml,Bid) on the basis of west medicine.The course of treament lasted three weeks,the blood pressure,lipid,fast plasma glucose,plasma insulin levels,TCM symptoms,serum levels of IL-6 were observed and their variation in different group were measured.Then assessed the insulin sensitivity index and oberve the other safety indicators.Results:After treatment,there was no statistical difference in weight and waistline between two groups(P＞0.05).In the treatment group,the level of SBP,DBP,FPG,FINS,TC,TG,IL-6 were remarkably reduced,the level of HDL-C and the ISI in treatment group were improved more significantly than in control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).As the treatment effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the treatment group was ameliorated better than the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P＜0.01).As the security testing,during the clinical trial,there was no abnormal security indictators related to the clinical trial drug.As the adverse reactions,4 patients had cough.2 of the 4 patients slough off because of the cough,and the other two could persisted to the end,no other obvious and serious side effects were found. Conclusion:1.Jia wei jian ling tang could lower the level of blood pressure,Fast plasma glucose,Fasting Insulin,total cholesterol,triglycerides and improve the clinical symptoms and the degree of insulin resistence about the EH patients.Jia wei jian ling tang is a safe and effective compound preparation.2.Nourishing yin to suppress yang and invigorating spleen to remove phlem is an effective treatment of insulin resistance in essential hypertension.3.Jia wei jian ling tang could lower the level of IL-6 of the EH patients and inhibit inflammatory reaction,which maybe one of the mechanism to improve the insulin resistance.
