The Clinical Therapeutic Efficacy On Using The Rule Of Lishuizhitong And Fumigating With The Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy on using the rule of LISHUIZHITONG and fumigating with the traditional Chinese medicine treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,meanwhile to compare the curative effects of treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with taking western medicine Fenbid.Moreover to approach the mechanism of action on the rule of LISHUIZHITONG and fumigating with the traditional Chinese medicine treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods:60 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion selected according with inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the group of using the rule of LISHUIZHITONG and fumigating with the traditional Chinese medicine treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(A group),the group of taking western medicine Fenbid,A group included 35 cases,B group included 25 cases.Two groups take the same technique positioning and the same time of treating.The technique positioning is my advisor Jiangyichang's.We looked on respectively vision analogy assessment(VAS),lower back pain assessment standard(JOA evaluation sheet).Then we would further carry on statistical treatment of dates of two groups before the treatment and after the treatment.Results:(1) JOA score:the comparison of A group to B groups had significant differences by applying t-test after the treatment(P＜0.05);(2)VAS score:the comparison of A group to B groups had significant differences by applying t-test after the treatment(P＜0.05);(3) the evaluation of clinic therapeutic effect:the cure and marked rate respectively was A group 91.4%,B group 72%,The comparison of A group to B group had significant differences by applyihg X~2 test(P＜0:05).Conclusion:the rule of LISHUIZHITONG and fumigating with the traditional Chinese medicine is more effective than B group,which illustrated that the rule of LISHUIZHITONG and fumigating with the traditional Chinese medicine should be extensively applied in the clinic because of its exact therapeutic effect on treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
