| Objective:The thesis is to study effect of polysaccharid extracted from Scutellaria barbata D.Don associate with CTX on cytokines in blood serum in H22-loading miceMethods:Mice bearing in vivo transplanted tumor—H22 hepatic carcinoma were used.the experimental group is divide like this:control,the group which was transplanted tumor—H22 but never was given drugs(negative control),groups which were given SBP,groups which was given CTX,groups which were given SBP associate with CTX.After lOdays,the mice were put to death to get serum to apply ELISA to detect the content of IL-2,IL-12,TNF-α,VEGF.Use SPSS15.0 to analyse the data.Results:①Draw comparisons with negative control,the compounds of SBP can up-express IL-2,IL-12,TNF-αand down-express VEGF②The compounds of SBP and CTX can up-express IL-2,IL-12,TNF-αand down-express VEGF.③Draw comparisons with negative control,the group which were given CTX(30mg/kg,20 mg/kg )showed that CTX can up-express IL-2.④The group which were given CTX(30mg/kg,20 mg/kg,10 mg/kg)showed that CTX gave no effect on the content of IL-12,TNF-α,VEGF.⑤SBP associate with CTX can up-express IL-2,IL-12,TNF-αand down-express VEGF.Conclusion:①The compounds of SBP can upexpress IL-2,IL-12,TNF-α.②CTX can upexpress IL-2,but had no effect on the content of IL-12,TNF-α,VEGF.③SBP associate with CTX can upexpress IL-2,IL-12,TNF-αand downexpress VEGF in H22-loading mice. |
