D组:after applying Futa Lin in loacal,fomenter with hot towel。Give after the four week medicine collecting blood with 50ml syringe heart to fetch animal serum.Measure the content NO in the serum and quality of HA.Results:1. Refu San group can improve rabbit knee jont function activity, knee joint of disease notably to disappear,Futa Lin group too can more obvious improvement rabbit knee bone joint function activity.2.Model group content NO of serum,higher than normal group(P<0.01), Refu San can reduce level NO of serum, Refu San group and Futa Lin group and model group have significance difference(P<0.01), Refu San group and Futa Lin group do not have obvious difference(P>0.05).3.Model group content HA of serum ,higher than normal group notably(P<0.01) Refu San can reduce level HA of serum notably , Refu San group and Futa Lin group and model group have significance difference(P<0.01), Refu San group and Futa Lin group do not have obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine Refu San externally applies, may draw back to the osteoarthritis cartilage changes the obvious alleviation function; Can obviously reduce in the rabbit blood serum N0 and the HA content, and stimulates the OA early time the articular cartilage cell multiplication to achieve treats osteoarthropathy, improves the joint function.
