The extraction of flavonoids from grapefruit peel by microwave and ASE 150 Accelerated Solvent Extractor had been studied in this paper. We also investigated the separation of flavonoids and glucide derived from grapefruit peel by using ethanol/ phosphate aqueous two-phase systems. The main research works are as follow:1.The extraction of flavonoids from grapefruit peel by microwave method has been studied systemically. The optimal condition of extraction concluding the solvent, time, molar ratio of grapefruit peel to solvent, and microwave power is obtained according to single factor experiment and orthogonal test of microwave extraction. The results have been compared with ultrasonic wave extraction and reflux methods further. Five constituents of crude extract have been identified by LC/MS analysis after treating by macroporous resin.2.The partitioning behavior of flavonoids and glucide compounds derived from grapefruit peel in aqueous two-phase of ethanol and dispotassiums hydrogen phosphate has been studied, and the influences of concentration of ethanol , the concentration of dispotassiums hydrogen phosphate, pH value on the distribution coefficients of the flavonoids and glucide have been discussed.3.The condition of extraction of flavonoids from grapefruit peel by ASE150 Accelerated Solvent Extractor has been studied, including the concentration of solvent, temperature, extraction time and static cycles.
