Osteoporosis(OP) is a disease which charactorised in bone density reduction, bone micro-structural damage with increased bone brittleness therefore more prone to bone fracture.However,the academic community has valued intervention of bone movement as a positive means of development.This experiment was aimed at understanding the different forms of movement of simulated weightlessness on the tail-suspended rats and its bone mechanism.Forty 6-month-old SD rats were divided into 5 groups:a controlled group to simulate the loss of the reorganization of the restoration of simulated weightlessness + free group,simulated weightlessness + swimming group,simulated weightlessness group + running group.The tibia cancellous bone histomorphometry indicators,femur and lumbar spine bone mineral density and bone metabolism in the blood concentration of related indicators of the rats in each group were determined after slaying the rats.Experimental period was 4 weeks;suspension time for 4 weeks;movement form of swimming and treadmill training 6 days/week.Purpose:1.The establishment of an ideal simulated weightlessness in rat tail-suspension model, the model of simulated restructuring than quiet group(P<0.01);exercise group lost significantly higher than that of recombinant (P<0.05).Trabecular thickness(Tb.Th)lostless than the reorganization of a quiet group,but no statistical significance;treadmill group restructuring and losses,to restore freedom group significantly increased(P<0.05).Trabecular number(Tb.N),lost less than the quiet group of recombinant(P<0.05); swimming group and the Liberal loss of the restoration group was significantly higher than recombinant(P<0.05);treadmill group was significantly higher than the loss of recombinant(P<0.01);treadmill group compared with the freedom to resume significant increase(P<0.01).Mean trabecular spacing(Tb.Sp),lost more than a quiet restructuring group(P<0.05); the freedom to restore group,swimming group compared with the loss of the reorganization,are lower than the loss of recombinant(P<0.05);treadmill group was significantly lower than the loss of recombinant(P<0.01). Cortical thickness(MCT),lost significantly less than the reorganization of a quiet group(P<0.05);running higher than the loss of the reorganization of the Running group,(P<0.05);swimming group and the relative loss of freedom of the restoration group has increased the trend of restructuring.4.The dynamic ParametersPercentage of fluorescent-labeled perimeter(%L.Pm),higher than the control group lost recombinant(P>0.05);relative simulated reorganization,significantly reduce the freedom of the restoration group(P<0.05),the exercise group were lower than the loss of the reorganization,but no significant difference(P>0.05);swimming group, treadmill group was significantly higher than that of freedom of the resumption of group(P<0.05).Cortical bone mineral apposition rate(MAR),missing more than a quiet restructuring group(P>0.05);the freedom and the restoration of swimming group compared with the trend of lowering the loss of the reorganization;treadmill group was significantly higher than the loss of recombinant(P>0.05);treadmill group compared with the freedom to resume significantincrease(P<0.01)Bone formation rate BFR/BS(%),higher than the control group lost recombinant (P>0.05);the freedom of the restoration group was significantly lower than the loss of the reorganization,swimming group,treadmill group compared with the trend of lowering the loss of reorganization.Bone formation rate BFR/BV(%),loss of the reorganization was significantly higher than control group(P>0.01);treadmill group was significantly lower than the loss of recombinant(P<0.05);swimming group was significantly higher than the freedom of the resumption of group(P<0.05).Osteoclast surface absorption(ORS),the freedom to restore group,swimming group reorganization of the relative loss of a downward trend;treadmill group was significantly lower than the loss of recombinant(P<0.05);Swimming Group,the Running group and the freedom to run the restoration group,nosignificant difference.Conclusion:(1) In this experiment the body weight of rats in each group are increasing with aging. Suspension disposal methods can significantly inhibit the growth of body weight.
