The Status Of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Among People Suffered With Upper Gastrointenstinal Diseases And The Relationship With NDRG1 Expression In Jinchang City Of Gansu Province

Obejective1.To study the status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection among people suffered with upper gastrointestinal diseases in Jinchang city of Gansu province, to analysis the functions of Hp infection during the diseases developing.2.To study the expressions of NDRG1,P53 and C-myc in upper gastrointestinal diseases of defferent pathologic tissues.3.To investigate the relationship between NDRG1,P53 and C-myc in gastric mucosa.4.To analysis the relationship between infection of Helicobacter pylori and the expressions of NDRG1.MethodsThe samples embedded in olefin were collected from the second hospital of Jinchang city.Warthin-Starry sliver stain and immunohistochemical stain were used to detecting the Hp infection of the samples.Immunohistochemical stain was used to detecting the expression of P53,C-myc and NDRG1 of the samplesResults1.The ration of Hp infection is 65.29%(79/121) in upper gastrointestinal diseases in the Jinchang city of Gansu province and the ration of Hp infection among superficial gastritis,gastric precancer lesion and gastric cancer are 65.52%,76.32% and 57.41%respectively.There are no significant difference of Hp infection among different groups(p＞0.05).2.The ration of NDRG1 expressions among superficial gastritis,gastric precancer lesion and gastric cancer are 2.07%,55.26%and 44.44%respectively. There are no significant difference of NDRG1 expressions among different groups(p＞0.05),with the tendency along with the process of the diseases.The expression ration of NDRG1 were higher in the people of over 70 than the others significantly(p＜0.05).The expression ration of NDRG1 were higher in the people suffered with medium differentiated adenocarcinoma than the others significantly(p＜0.05).3 The expression ration of P53 and C-myc are higher significantly in gastric cancer than the other groups(p＜0.01)..4 There are not relationship between the expressions of P53,C-myc and NDRG1(p＞0.05).5.There are not relationship between the Hp infection and NDRG1 expression(p＞0.05).Conclusion1.There exists high infection of Hp among people suffered with upper gastrointestinal diseases in Jinchang city of Gansu province,and this maybe an important reason of the disease happening.2.There exist a decreasing tendency of NDRG1 expression in the process from superficial gastritis to precancer lesion then to gastric cancer.The ration about the expression of NDRG1 are higher in over 70 ages and in medium differentiated adenocarcinoma than other groups.This indicates that the NDRG1 may paly an roles in the gastric mucosa cell differentiation.3.The mechanism about inflammation-causing effects and the carcinogenesis by Hp is independent of the expression of NDRG 1.4.The ration about expression of P53 and C-myc is higher in gastric cancer group than other groups.There are not relationship the expressions of P53,C-myc and NDRG1.
