| Aim:Observation of acupuncture points in the treatment of Changqiang with mental retardation in children with cerebral palsy and mental retardation in children,compared with conventional scalp efficacy advantages,such as acupuncture mechanism of disease and treatment provided by drawing on ideas and methods to optimize the prescription.Method:According to the 2004 National workshop to discuss the topic of cerebral palsy diagnostic criteria adopted by the World Health Organization and the reference(WHO) and American Association of Mental Retardation(AAMR) developed classification criteria,33 cases of children with cerebral palsy to mental retardation and children with intellectual Low attendance by the time.Prescription:Sishencong,three needle-chi,temporal three-pin,three pin pillow,close paddy.Chang-qiang(treatment) group 19 cases,the comparison group and treatment group by the 3:2 relationships are the standard control.Comparison group:head points models with 30mm×25mm needle,flat in 0.8-inch that is about 22mm,four god cong acupuncture take baihui point as center,all around this center.Zhisan needle is to the forehead.
