Study On TCM Syndrome Of Chronic Hepatitis B In Ethnic Chinese Of Malaysia Perak

Objectives: Through the investigation of theoretical and clinical,to explore the distribution and the characteristics on TCM Syndrome of Chronic Hepatitis B in Ethnic Chinese of Malaysia Perak,to provide a basis for promoteing prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in Chinese medicine in Malaysia.Methods: 150 cases of Malaysia Perak Chinese patients with chronic hepatitis B for the observation of objects, the collection of clinical data, design questionnaire of the syndrome types of TCM diagnostic criteria, carried out the dialectical type, the establishment of Syndromes files, and with the degree of judgments in accordance with the main symptoms of the disease in patients, combined with conventional hepatitis B etiology inspection, to explore the evidence of chronic hepatitis B and its law-type distribution.Results:150 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B carried out5 dialectical types for : Liver depression and spleen deficiency type (A type), hot and humid Yun spleen-type (B type), liver depression and blood stasis (C type), liver kidney-yin deficiency type (D type) and spleen kidney-yang deficiency type (E type) The distribution of the card-type features are as follows:1. In the Patients with chronic hepatitis B,the total number of hot and humid Yun spleen-type and Liver depression and spleen deficiency type is respectively of43.3% and 28%, followed by liver depression and blood stasis are accounted for 15.3% ; the number of liver kidney-yin deficiency type and spleen kidney-yang deficiency type is more rare, with respective shares are of 10% and 3.3%;2. Chronic hepatitis B patients with different gender composition is relevant in different types ;the men's constituent ratio in the three types Liver depression and spleen deficiency type, hot and humid Yun spleen-type , liver depression and blood stasis is higher than the women', while women' is higher than men' in liver kidney-yin deficiency type, and that has significant difference (P <0.01);3. Chronic hepatitis B patients between the various types with the smallest order of age as follows: spleen kidney-yang deficiency >liver depression and blood stasis> liver kidney-yin deficiency type> hot and humid Yun spleen-type >Liver depression and spleen deficiency, the age distribution between the various types of failure the same as there was a significant difference (P <0.05);4. Chronic hepatitis B patients with the course of disease of the descending order for liver depression and blood stasis >spleen kidney-yang deficiency> liver kidney-yin deficiency type> hot and humid Yun spleen>Liver depression and spleen deficiency, various types are of incomplete the same, the difference has significant (P <0.05);5. The mild degree of CHB are mainly in the Liver depression and spleen deficiency type; the heavy degree of CHB are more found in liver depression and blood stasis type and spleen kidney-yang deficiency type; Various stages of CHB may occur in hot and humid Yun spleen-type,for the acute stage of illness. In Liver depression and spleen deficiency type there are always mild and middle degree patients not found severe ones; kidney-yin deficiency and evidence of liver and spleen of Kidney-Yang Deficiency ;in liver kidney-yin deficiency type> spleen kidney-yang deficiency type and liver depression and blood stasis type, there are moderate and severe ones ; the various types has significant difference (P<0.01);6. The CHB patients of liver depression and blood stasis type with ALT / AST 0.91; the ones of hot and humid Yun spleen type and Liver depression and spleen deficiency type in the ALT, AST is abnormal and significantly higher than other type (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. CHB in Ethnic Chinese of Malaysia Perak in hot and humid Yun spleen type and Liver depression and spleen deficiency type is for more common, followed by is liver depression and blood stasis type, more rare is liver kidney-yin deficiency and spleen kidney-yang deficiency type; Description of the pathogenesis of CHB is mainly hot and humid, spleen spleen deficiency and blood stasis;2. The Ethnic Chinese of Malaysia Perak in hot and humid Yun spleen type can be found in various stages of CHB; seen mainly in the Liver depression and spleen deficiency of CHB is mild and moderate, and mainly mild; the ones of CHB in the liver depression and blood stasis,liver kidney-yin deficiency,spleen kidney-yang deficiency type was particularly prevalent in the severe stage, and the patients are with older, longer course in the three types; Show that the occurrence and development of CHB in the region have a certain relationship with hot and humid climate, eating habits;3. CHB of Ethnic Chinese of Malaysia Perak in hot and humid Yun spleen type and Liver depression and spleen deficiency type with ALT, AST is abnormal, significantly higher than other types, that explain humid Yun Spleen, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency with CHB is in the acute stage; in liver depression and blood stasis type ,ALT / AST <1.0, indicate that this type disease is in a serious condition, after more poor.
