Objective:This subject is base on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and also combined with modern medical research.To investigate the effect on the blood rheology and Serum Lipid with the Fu Yang Huo Gu pill(FYHG) combine with core decompression and the mechanism of preventing or treating Glucocorticoid-induced Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head (GANFH).Methods:In the experiment, 45 healthy adult rabbits were chosen as experiment objects,which were administered with hydroxyprednisone through gluteus injection(7.5mg/kg,twice a week)for 6 weeks except nomal group.After the treated, the rabbits randomly divided into the following groups:control group(the Normal Groups NG),Gluc ocorticoid-induced group(the Model Group,MG), the antitheses group (the Decompression Group,DG), FYHG group(the Herb Drugs Group, HDG),FYHG comb ine with core decompression group(the Herb Drugs combine with Decompression Group,HDDG). 6 weeks after base line were killed one rabbit from every group for there search material. Whole killed 6 weeks after treated for there search material.Through the observation and analysis indexes of slice pathology of bone, hemolymph,and made to assay the blood rheology and Serum Lipid.Results:①The weights of modeled rabbits were obviously lower than the normal group before cure and that of HDG and HDDG increased after cure,It is obvious in FYHG combine with core decompression group,The weight of the antitheses stopped descenting and the model group appeared descending trend.②Histological measure ements showed that trabecula of bone decreased significantly in rabbits of the model than those of control,and the medullary lipocytes in model showed larger size and more amount than those groups,in all other groups shows less pathological changes than the model.Shows in HDDG were more closed to ND than those in DG and HDG ③Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematokrit in HDDG and HDG decreased significantly compared with the model(P<0.05-P<0.01),and HDDG showed to be close to the normal.But the antitheses group showed to be close to the Model Group(P>0.05).④Serum levels of CHOL and TG in treated groups decreased significantly compared with the model(P<0.05-P<0.01),and the HD showed to be close to the normal. But the antitheses group showed to be close to the Model Group(P>0.05).Conclusion:That administration of large dosage glucocorticoid can induce avas cular necrosis of femoral head,and herb drugs of FuYangHuoGu pill combine with core decompression may be effective to regulate up the state of sludging blood,improve mic rocirculation of femoral head,regulate up the disorder of lipid metabolism,decrease exc ess blood lipid and decrease the lipid embolus,enhance the activity of osteocyte, restra in fatty tamponade and decrease death of osteocytes,improve microcirculation of femor al head,change is chemic condition,increase trabecula of bone,increase bone densi ty,a meliorate osteoporosis,and eventually,prevent and treat glucocorticoid–induced avasc ular necrosis of femoral head.
