Objective: To compare the effects of propofol and etomidate on circulation system of hemorrhagic shock from the ectopic pregnancy patients during induction of general anesthesia. Methods:Forty emergency general anesthesia patients(over 20~46 years,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ)were randomly divided into group E(propofol,n=20) and group P (etomidate,n=20),HR>100/min ,shock index number≈1.Induction: Patients received midazolam 0.05mg/kg,fentanyl 2~3μg/kg, etomidate 0.2mg/kg,vecurium0.1mg/kg in group E and midazolam 0.05mg/kg, fentanyl 2~3μg/kg, Propofol 1mg/kg,0.2mg/kg,vecurium0.1mg/kg in group A for induction, and intubated at 2min after iv vacurorium. The vital signs (BP,HR,SpO2,BIS) during induction and intubation, complication or stress of tracheal in intubation were recorded. Results:After induction, the HR decreased in E and P groups and lowest at T2.It was significantly differently with that before induction. The BP significantly decreased in groups P and was no significantly different in group E with that before induction. It was no significantly different between E and P in BIS at T,T and T after induction. Conclusion: The etomidate is safer than propofol and midazolam of the hemorrhagic shock patients from ectopic pregnancy during induction of general anesthesia.
