| Objective:To explore the changes of serum levels of BNP, hsCRP, CK-MB in patients with atrial fibrillation and its significance.Methods:72 patients were divided into atrial fibrillation group (n=32) and sinus rhythm group (n=40) according to ECG. The two groups were divided into three subgroups(the NYHA class II, the NYHA class III and the NYHA classⅣ) according to the NYHA cardiac function class . Serum BNP, hsCRP, CK-MB levels in all patients were measured respectively by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), immunoturbidimetric method and enzyme rate assay.Results:1 .The levels of serum BNP, hsCRP in atrial fibrillation group were significantly higher than those in sinus rhythm group (p<0.05)。In the same NYHA class subgroup ,the levels of serum BNP, hsCRP in atrial fibrillation group were significantly higher than those in sinus rhythm group (p<0.01)。The levels of serum BNP, hsCRP both in atrial fibrillation group and in sinus rhythm group were in sequence increased significantly with the NYHA class (p<0.01). 2.There was no significant difference in serum CK-MB levels in atrial fibrillation group and sinus rhythm group and its subgroups (p>0.05).Conclusions:1.The levels of serum BNP, hsCRP in atrial fibrillation group were significantly higher than those in sinus rhythm group .the levels of serum BNP and hsCRP were significantly increased with the deterioration of cardiac function.2. There was no significant difference in serum CK-MB levels among atrial fibrillation group and sinus rhythm group. It indicated CK-MB wasn't in relation to atrial fibrillation.3. BNP and hsCRP may be involved in the occurrence and sustainment of atrial fibrillation. The levels of serum BNP, hsCRP may serve as an independent index of atrial fibrillation. |
