| Objective: To investigate the structural, physical performance and antigenic changes of allogenic small vessels after treating by removal of endothelial cells as well as gelsiccation and irradiance. This research intended to investigate allogenic small vessels after treating is whether or not allogenic blood vessel transplantation.Methods: To divide the blood vessels into A group and B group, in which A stand for control group while B for removing of endothelial cells as well as gelsiccation and irradiance.group. Then to detecte the tissular structure of each group by using of light microscope as well as the situation of removal of endothelial cells under electron microscope After that, to calculate the dilated diameter, expanded length and the largest force that the vessels could sustain on chiastic and perpendicular directions when the vascular tension reached 15N, 30N, 45N, 60N, 90N, 120N and 180N, then to compute the changed rates both on chiastic and perpendicular directions of the vessels under such forces.. Finally, to detect the expressive level of major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-â…¡antigens both pre and post handling using immunohistochemistry S-P statistic way.Results: The blood vessels could maintain almost the same tissular structure after dealing by gelsiccation and irradiance. and the changed rates both on chiastic and perpendicular directions of the vessels under different tensions of the two groups had no statistical significance with P>0.05, However, there had significant statistical difference exist on the most heave force on chiastic and perpendicular direction that led the vessels to be fracture with P<0.01 and P<0.05 Meanwhile, the MHC-â…¡antigen level of experimental group was significantly lower compared to control group with P<0.01.Conclusions: There had no obvious changes on tissular structure of allogenic blood vessels after treating by removal of endothelial cells and gelsiccation and irradiance. At the same time, the blood vessels could remain their physical characteristics as well. The MHC-â…¡antigen level decreased dramatically too which could match the demands for vascular transplantation and to be the ideal material for such kind of operation. |
