Purpose:To observe the different stages of the whole lung lavage experimental pulmonary fibrosis of the rabbit blood gas and pathological effects of intervention. In order to understand the whole lung lavage treatment efficacy and timing of irrigation treatment, clinical treatment for pulmonary fibrosis patients to provide theoretical guidance, such as clinical application will be able to get good economic returns and social benefits.Object and Method: A randomized controlled experimen- tal study design. To the health of 34 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into control group, 5, 5 model group and experimental group 21 (7d divided into groups, 14d group, 21d group 7). The first day of the experiment, each group in the ear artery blood testing blood gas, the trachea in the control group 2ml normal saline infusion, the model group and experimental group carried out a one-time infusion Pingyangmycin model to copy, then 7d group, 14d group, 21d in the first group 7d, 14d, 21d line of whole lung lavage. Model group and control group has a very significant difference (P <0.01), 7d group and model group significant difference (P <0.05), 14d group, 21d group compared with the model group was not significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion:After intratracheal injection of bleomycin can be a successful model of pulmonary fibrosis copy, whole lung lavage against experimental pulmonary fibrosis in rabbits PH value, PCO2, SO2% no significant change, early lavage can significantly prevent the arterial blood PO2 drepressing, and may reduce pulmonary fibrosis to some extent, delay the progress of the disease.
