Objective:To study and elaborate the renal pelvic pressure on rabbit after planting Double J tube,thus presume the effect of Double J tube on human being after surgery.Methods:The experiment is planting self-made 4.7 Fr Double J tube on stochastic grouping in 25 example New Zealand second level big white rabbits left-side's ureter,and using 0/5 absorbable suture to interrupted suture,and then measure the change of renal pelvic pressure using self-made manometer as well as implants under urinary bladder constant flow irrigation the different period.Other 25 examples are taken as the control group,similarly determines the different periods under urinary bladder constant flow irrigation.In the end I analyze its expression situation in the different period obtained data through statistical method.Results:In the end we have 48 example rabbit specimen to enter the group final data analysis.The rabbit average weight is 2.76±0.34Kg. The experimental group and the control group have 1 example died because it was anaesthetized deeply respectively.①Experimental group:The renal pelvis pressure starting value(IPP0) is 10.41±0.86cmH2O.Renal pelvic pressure(RPP) after erupting the bladder is 8.16±0.36 cmH2O.After implanting of double j tube,with the bladder constant perfusion,we record the number of renal pelvic pressure at 0.1.3.8 minutes is 7.32±0.43 cmH2O,10.91±0.18 cmH2O,16.52±1.30 cmH2O,26.03±1.71 cmH2O.②Control group:initial renal pelvic pressure(IPP0) is 10.58±0.73 cmH2O.After erupting bladder,RPP is 8.13±0.45 cmH2O.With the bladder constant perfusion,we record the number of renal pelvic pressure at 0.1.3.8 minutes is 8.18±0.44 cmH2O,11.33±0.13cmH2O,14.45±1.25cmH2O,19.76±1.89cmH2O.③Experimental group:the declined value(RPP-P0) at 0 min is 0.84±0.33 cmH2O,the increased value(P1-P0) at 1 min is 3.44±0.36 cmH2O,the increased value(P3-P0) at 3 min is 9.35±0.95 cmH2O,the increased value(P8-P0) at 8 min is 18.83±1.78 cmH2O.④Control group:the declined value(RPP-P0) at 0 min is 0 cmH2O,the increased value(P1-P0) at 1 min is 3.20±0.19 cmH2O,the increased value(P3-P0) at 3 min is 6.26±1.35 cmH2O,the increased value(P8-P0) at 8 min is 11.02±1.62 cmH2O.Conclusions:①After having no evacuating the urinary bladder urine,evacuating urinary bladder urine and with the urinary bladder constant flow irrigation at different time,the renal pelvis pressure determination value is different.So we explained that the renal pelvis pressure determination value and the urinary bladder pressure are closely related.②All rabbits are in the water prosposition dissection retroperitoneal direct good renal pelvis measure the pressure,therefore we may think that it does not have the influence which the body posture and the abdomen press,and may think through the empirical datum contrast:a.in the urinary bladder low pressure situation,leaves alone the double J tube,itself may reduce the renal pelvis pressure.(P<0.05)b. along with urinary bladder pressure's gradual elevation,possibly gradually presents the urinary bladder urine back-streaming phenomenon, and elevates along with the urinary bladder pressure the degree,the back-streaming phenomenon is serious.(P<0.05) c.experimental group renal pelvis pressure lifting degree is higher than the reference group obviously,therefore we advocate after implanting the double J tube technique,and we should maintain the urinary bladder low pressure. Although these animal experimentation obtained from animal,it may also possibly and clinically has the relations.
