Expression Of RAD51 In Bladder Cancer Tissue

Objective:To investigate the relationship of expression of RAD51 in human bladder cancer tissue.Methods:immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of RAD51 in 40 cases of the human bladder cancer tissue;and 10 cases of the human normal bladder tissue.Statistics was used to analyze the data. By comparing range and degree of RAD51 positive staining,judging the relation of RAD51 with bladder cancer tissue.Results:The expression of rad51 in bladder cancer tissue group was extremely stronger than in normal bladder tissue group(p＜0.01).There was significant difference for RAD51 expression in cancer cells between superficial bladder cancer and invasive bladder cancer(p＜0.05).There was also significant difference for rad51 expression in different pathologic grade(p＜0.05).Conclusions:(1)There was significant difference for RAD51 expression in different bladder tissue,and high expression in bladder cancer.(2)Be closely related with clinical stage and pathologic grade of tumor,RAD51 may be significant in predicting clinical stage and pathologic grade.
