| ObjectiveTo detect the expression of CyPA and CD147 protein in the skin of different ages away from or exposure to light,and investigate their roles in the process of skin aging.MethodsFormalin-fixed paraffin-embedded skin biopsy specimen blocks were used in this study,including 20 cases of teenage group,middle-age group and old- age group skin away from or exposure to light respectively,immunohistochemical technique was carded out to semi-quantitatively analyze the expression of CyPA and CD147in the epidermis.An immunoreactivity intensity distribution index(IRIDI) was calculated to express the proportion of the immunoreactive cells as well as the staining intensity in those cells.Results1.CD 147 and CyPA staining were observed in teenage,middle-age and old- age group skin away from or exposure to light.2.The mean IRIDI scores of CyPA expression in teenage,middle-age and old- age group skin away from or exposure to light showed statistical difference(all P<0.01).As compared to middle-age group,the scores of CPYA expression in old- age group showed significant stronger;compared with teenage group,middle-age group were significantly higher(all P<0.01).The mean IRIDI scores of CyPA expression in three groups between skin away from or exposure to light showed no difference(all P>0.05)3.The mean IRIDI scores of CD147 expression in teenage, middle-age and old- age group skin away from or exposure to light showed statistical difference(all P<0.01).As compared to middle-age group,the scores of CD147expression in old- age group showed significant stronger;compared with teenage group,middle-age group were significantly higher(all P<0.01).The mean IRIDI scores of CyPA expression in three groups between skin away from or exposure to light showed no difference(all P>0.05).4.CyPA and CD147 have positive correlation.Conclusion1.CyPA and CD 147protein expressed in different age groups,and Increased with age growing.The two of them have positive correlation.2.CD147 and CyPA might play some roles in the process of skin aging. |
