Clinical Research On Longhuxingnao Granule Treat The Acute Traumatic Subarachnoid Hemorrhage In The Pattern Of Stagnant Blood Blocking The Collaterals

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Longhuxingnao granule treat the traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage(tSAH) in the pattern of stagnant blood blocking the collaterals.Methods:62 patients in the hospital ill with tSAH in the pattern of stagnant blood blocking the collaterals were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group was 32 patients,the control group was 30 patients.Based on conventional western medicine therapy,the treatment group was treated with Longhuxingnao granule,while the control group was treated with Nimotop tablet.Results:The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the treatment group showed that the recovery patients were 21 cases,the excellence patients were 8 cases,the utility patients were 2 cases,the ineffective patients was 1 case,there was statistical significant of the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The Western medicine curative of the treatment group showed that the curing patients were 20 case,the utility patients were 6 cases,the advancement patients were 4 cases,the ineffective patients were 2 cases,there was statistical significant of the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome accumulated points of the treatment group showed that after injury the 10^th day was 6.31±6.61 points,the 17^th day was 2.09±4.26 points,there was statistical significant of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome accumulated points between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The intracranial pressure(ICP) of the treatment group showed that after injury the 5^th day was 139.03±24.60mmH₂O,the 10^th day was 123.91±18.59mmH₂O,there was statistical significant of ICP between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The white blood count(WBC) of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) of the treatment group showed that after injury the 5^th day was 224.53±173.32×10⁶/L,the 10^th day was 18.69±11.12×10⁶/L, there was statistical significant of WBC of CSF between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The proteinum quantitation of CSF of the treatment group showed that after injury the 10^th day was 539.81±109.21mg/L,the 16^th day was 471.13±95.66mg/L,there was statistical significant of the proteinum quantitation of CSF between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05). The red blood(RBC) grades of CSF of the treatment group showed that after injury the 10^th day the not detected patients were 21case,"+" patients were 5cases,"++" patients were 5 cases,"+++" patient was 1 case,"++++" patient was 0 case, there was statistical significant of the RBC grades of CSF between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The mean blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(V_MCA) of the treatment group showed that after injury the 10^th day was 108.69±18.33cm/s,the 17^th day was 93.78±11.65cm/s,there was statistical significant of V_MCA between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05). The cerebral vasospasm(CVS) patients were 5 cases,the incidence rate was 15.63%,there was statistical significant of the incidence rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Longhuxingnao granule treated tSAH in the pattern of stagnant blood blocking the collaterals showed Longhuxingnao granule can advancedly absorb the uprightness CSF,can inhibit inflammatory reaction,can prevent and cure CVS,can better the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,can elevate curative effect.
