Objective: To observe the postoperative effect of flurbiprofen as preemptive analgesia drug in patients underwent modified radical mastectomy.Methods: 40 patients underwent modified radical mastectomy with ASA grade I or II were randomly categorized into 2 groups;flurbiprofen preemptive analgesia group(Group A) and the control group (Group B). Group A were intravenous injected flurbiprofen 50mg at 15 minutes before anesthesia , while Group B were not. The methods of anesthesia induction were the same. Visual analogue score (VAS) assessment was used to evaluate the degree of the postoperative pain at 2,6,12,24 hours. Record adverse reactions in patients with the situation.Results: The VAS score of pain in Group B of all time point were higher than the Group A , except the 24 hour's. The two groups were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: The postoperative effect of flurbiprofen as preemptive analgesia drug in patients underwent modified radical mastectomy is exact and easy to use,with no obvious adverse reactions.
