The Analysis On The Curative Effect Of Progestational Hormone In Treatment Of Endometrial Carcinoma After Surgical Operation

Objects:The purposes of this study were to dicuss the affectiveness of progestational hormone on the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma,to analyze the influence of progesterone positive receptor on the curative effect of adjuvant endocrine therapy, and to estimate that Clinical curative effect and the apply value,through the follow-up studies of progestational hormone in treatment of endometrial carcinoma.Method:Clinical data of patients with endometrial carcinoma during June 2004 to September 2006,were collected from Shandong Province Hospital affiliated Shandong University and Weifang Peoples Hospital.Etrospective study was carded out on 73 patients of endometrial carcinoma with similar pathological examination.The progesterone receptor was positive after surgical operation with pathological examination.The patients were divided into two groups,34 of the 73 patients with endometrial carcinoma(46.6%)were in the treatment group,undergone progesterone therapy,mainly by progesterone 250mg per day for 6 months,39 of the 73 patients(53.4%),were in the control group.Follow—up was performed by correspondence,phone call or the outpatient department visit for 2years.Results:In the follow-up observation carried out on 73patients of endometrial carcinoma with surgical operation of 2years,two patients of the treatment group have relapsed,the rate of recurrence was 5.9%;three patients of the control group have relapsed,the rate of recurrence was 7.7%,the rate of recurrence was not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05);Conclusions:We have taken the follow-up observation in the patients with endometrial carcinoma,included the treatment group and the control group.The effectiveness of progestational hormone on the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma was not bvious.That the patients of endometrial carcinoma whether or not to receive chemotherapy or radiotherapy should be accorded to the Clinical stage and the Pathology.The treatmentof progesterone is not necessary.
