Objective:The study based on the long-term clinical instructors to practice and dialectical theory of Chinese medicine as a guide to ancient literature basis,in conjunction with modern medicine and the ApoE gene polymorphism and the Ischemic Stroke's awareness of the relationship, through clinical observation of Ischemic Stroke's TCM gene polymorphism and type the relevance of the comprehensive of Ischemic Stroke's Syndrome-type genetic basis for the lay the foundation for further stroke's for the Chinese and Western Medicine Early diagnosis, classification,prediction,early intervention,establish governance law,the elections provide the basis for medication.Methods:The collection of March 2006 to December 2009 in Jiangsu Province Chinese medicine hospital wards and out-patient elderly stroke patients,according to a double standard in Western medicine tell their classification,type.The control group of non-attendance is the patients without stroke for the same period.Acquisition incorporated in 2 ml blood,Polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) methods of ApoE genotypes in each group distribution.Statistical analysis.Result:1.80 cases 30 cases febrile syndrome complicated by wind permit(37.56%of the total), phlegm and biood-stasis syndrome by 33 cases(41.25%),In deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome 17 cases(21.25%).ApoE gene polymorphism detection were found E2/E3,E4/E2, E4/E3 three heterozygous and E2/E2,E3/E3,E4/E4 three homozygous to E3/E3 homozygous for the majority,homozygous e3 allele frequencies which is the highest,accounting for 70.53 percent.2.Observer Group ApoE E3/E4 phenotype expresses significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01),E3/E3 phenotype is significantly lower than the control group.(P<0.01).Observer Group ApoE e4 expresses significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),ApoE e3 phenotype is significantly lower than the control group.(P<0.01).3.Syndromes of the same genotype February 2,febrile syndrome complicated by wind and phlegm and biood-stasis syndrome E3/E3 distribution has a significant difference(P<0.01),other syndromes of the same genotype compared February 2(P>0.05).Syndromes of the same allele genotype February 2,febrile syndrome complicated by wind e3 allele and phlegm and biood-stasis syndrome's has a significant difference(P<0.01),febrile syndrome complicated by wind e4 allele and phlegm and biood-stasis syndrome's has a significant difference(P<0.05).In deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome group e3 allele expresses higher than the control group(P<0.01),e4 allele expresses lower than the control group(P<0.05),that is statistically significant. Conclusions:1.e4 allele is Ischemic Stroke's disease risk factors,e3 is its safety factors, compared with the control group,e4 allele may increase Ischemic Stroke's risk.2.Ischemic Stroke's patients with In deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome and ApoE e4 allele has obvious relevance.ApoE e4 allele is Ischemic Stroke's TCM In deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome susceptibility gene.3.Gene Polymorphism related to Ischemic Stroke may indirectly influence Chinese medicine Pattern syndrome clinical of stroke through influence on the expression of clinical phenotype,appearance the same syndrome of the different patients possibly exist some degree of heredity similarity,the different genetic gene maybe genetic predisposition factor of some syndrome.
