Objective:Comparatively studying the expression of ER,PR and ki67 in endometrium,diversity of sexual hormone in breast cancer women throughout tamoxifen.Method:Making no-medicine patients as blank control group.Testing the expression of ER PR and ki67 in endometrium of 16 breast cancer patients by immunohistochemistry method.Testing the connection between the expression of ER,PR and ki67.Thickness of endometrium measured by transvaginal ultrasound,evaluation of medicine side such sexual hormone of breast cancer patients and Endometrial thickness was recorded as a double-layer thickeness and considered abnormal when greater than 5mm for postmenopausal women,endometrial biopsies were peroformed,the result of TVS:The judging results of ER,PR and ki67:calculate the average quantity of positive stained cells in 8 visual fields passing the high power lens(x 400) of microscope.The results can be distinguished in four grades,negative(-),low degree expression(+),medium degree expression(++),high expression(+++),according to the proportion of positive stained cellsResult:1.According to the standard of Nanjing Gulou Hospital,sexual hormone would be tested. 13 women of hysteromyoma(47.92%),9 women of ovarian cyst(18.75%),1 women of endometrial polyps(2.08%).2.The expression of ER in endometrium of medicine groups obviously higher than progestational stage's endometrium of the no-medicine group,Z=-2.183,P=0.029<0.05.The expression of PR in endometrium of medicine groups obviously higher than progestational stage's endometrium of the no-medicine group.Z=-4.007,P=0.000(0.01.3.The expression of ER PR has a positive correlation with the expression of ki67,The first is that the expression of PR in interstitial tissue of endometrium.The second is the expression of ER in glandular organ of endometrium,the third is the expression of ER in glandular organ of endometrium,the last is expression of PR in glandular organ of endometrium4.In our study endometrial thickness was not related to the duration of tamoxifen treatment Rsq=0.0224.5.Fsh LH and E2 of Premenopause women of tamoxifen compared with the no-medicine group P=0.77>0.05 P=0.583>0.05 P=0.141>0.05.Fsh LH and E2 of postmenopause women of tamoxifen compared with the no-medicine group P=0.004<0.05,P=0.0.31<0.05, P=0.823>0.05.Conclusion:The expression of ER,PR and ki67 in endometrium is positive correlation.The expression of ER and PR in endometrium of medicine groups obviously higher than progestational stage's endometrium of the no-medicine group.The abnormality of tamoxifen associated endometrium is hysteromyoma,ovarian cyst,endometrial polyps.The thickness of endometrium of tamoxifen-associated postmenopause is easy to be increased.Fsh in medicine group is not lower than that in no medicine group due to the sample size or maybe the short exposure to tamoxifen.
