Purpose: 1st,Study the clinical curative effect ,influencing factor and function mechanism of simple obesity Patients with the Stomach-Intestine Exeessive Heat Type, by electro-acupuncture treatment.2nd,using functional magnetic resonance imaging analysis of electro-acupuncture stimulation of the right side of stomach Zusanli, Neiting after the hypothalamus in patients with simple obesity and related feeding the central nucleus of the imaging changes in activation of brain regions and human appetite control and energy Metabolic relevance to explore the stomach meridian acupuncture on Zusanli, Neiting in weight loss mechanism of the central nervous system.Methods: 1st, According to the principle of random, 61 cases with simple obesity were divided into two groups : treatment group 31 cases received electro-acupuncture treatment method for treatment, control group 30 cases treated with acupuncture alone. After three courses of treatment, efficacy was observed before and after acupuncture treatment in patients with obesity indicators (body weight, waist, hips, stock encircles, BMI, FAT,), analyzes the factors that affect the efficacy, discusses its mechanism. 2nd, 2 simple obesity volunteers, electro-acupuncture to stimulate the right side of its Zusanli, Neiting, uses American Marconi Corporation Eclipse 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging system to scan the entire brain function scanning.
