The Clinical Observation Of Laparoscopy With Zinizhuyu Tang In The Endometriosis Treatment (Xueyuxing)

Objective:In order to find out a economical therapy which is more effective,less side effect and lower relapse rate,we studied the clinical effect and observed the security of Laparoscopy with Zinizhuyu Tang in Endometriosis Treatment(Xueyu Xing)..Method:90 cases which match up to the standard were separated randomly into three groups with 30 cases per group:①Laparoscopy with Zinizhuyu Tang group(Chinese herbs group)②Laparoscopy with Gestrinone group(medicine group)③Laparoscopy(placebo group). Regarding the pretreatment,after treatment and six months after treatment respectively,we compared the index which included the plasma CA-125,B ultrasonic,gynecology examination,liver and kidney function,clinical effect and pregnancy.Finally we analyzed data by medical statistics.Result:1.Comparing with the effect between Chinese herbs group and medicine group,they are almost the same(P＞0.05);however,both of them were better than the placebo group(P＜0.05). According to the ranking,the medicine group was a little bit higher than the Chinese herbs group,and the Chinese herbs group was higher than the placebo one.2.After the treatment,the plasma CA-125 of three groups were obviously lower than the index of pretreatment(P＜0.05),and there were no major difference among three groups (P＞0.05).3.The rate of pregnancy in Chinese herbs group was 50%and the medicine group was 17%, none of the placebo group had been pregnant.The case scale was too small to analyse.4.Comparing to the rate of side effects,P＜0.05.The Chinese herbs group was 10%,and the medicine group was 40%which included 4 cases with the liver damage,5 cases with irregular vaginal bleeding and the rest with amenorrhea.5.At the end of the treatment and after six months,there are one patient was found pelvic mass by B ultrasonic in placebo group.6.At the end of the treatment and after six months,there are one patients was found masculine physical sign by gynecology examination in placebo group.Conclusions: From the results mentioned above,we draw the conclusion that the effect of Endometriosis which treated by Laparoscopy with Zinizhuyu Tang is remarkable.It's equal to the effect which treated by Laparoscopy with Gestrinone.Both of them were better than the effect treated by Laparoscopy only.However,the traditional medicine treatment had some advantages:less side effects such as the liver damage,pregnancy,the amenorrhea and menstrual disorders,the relapse rate of Chinese herbs group were better than other groups.
