Objective:1.Through compare the effect of the Ointment of Gang Tong Xiao with the Titanoreine in prevention and cure Post-Operational pain of Serious Mixed Haemorrhoids Evaluate the clinical effect of Gang Tong Xiao objectively.2.Provide a eternal Chinese medicine of Reliable effect,Fewer side effects inexpensive and Convenience in clinical.Method:Divide 60 patients who comply with a standard randomly into two groups according to andom number table.Give the Ointment of Gang Tong Xiao to the 30 cases of treatment group,and give the Titanoreine to the 30 cases of control group.Separately smeart them on the wound at the end of surgery and defecate over.Observe Post-Operation last 0.5, 6,12 hours,and 1,2,3,5,7,10 days after the first 0.5 hours after the dressing change pain points. Observed the efficacy in the prevention and treatment of anal edema and the promotion of wound healing.And observe the patients after administration whether or not have chest tightness,dizziness,palpitation,urticaria,pruritus and other complications,and adverse drug reactions.Result:By the rank sum test,VAS pain score between the two groups of Post-Operation after 0.5 hours,10 days after the first 0.5 hours after the dressing was changed,were not significantly different(P＞0.05).VAS pain score and the prevention and treatment of anal edema between the two groups of Post-Operation from 6 hours to 7days after operation after the first 0.5 hours after the dressing was changed,were significantly different(P＜0.05).The two groups were not found in patients with adverse drug reactions.Conclusion:1.Clinical study results showed the Ointment of Gang Tong Xiao prevent and cure Post-Operational pain of Mixed hemorrhoid,alleviate the fate anal edema,promote wound healing effectively than the Titanoreine.Both prevention and treatment efficacy of considerable voiding dysfunction.2.Confirmate that the side for the prevention and treatment of postoperative pain mixed hemorrhoid is effectivity.Lay the foundation for the next development of new drugs.
