Clinical Studies On Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Type Of Dampness-heat And Blood Stasis By Combined Treatment Of TCM

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and the changes of the hemorheology indices with combined treatment of TCM on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Meanwhile,discussed the mechanism preliminarily.Methods:80 cases coming from the Fujian Provincial People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were all diagnosed as chronic pelvic disease with the type of dampness-heat and blood stasis.One of 40 cases were served as observe group treated by combined treatment,the other 40 cases were served as contrast group treated by "Qianjin Capsule".The one period of treatment were 14 days.We were do two periods.Then to observe after the one period and two periods treatment the therapeutic effects and the influence on hemorheology.Results:(1) After one period treatment,the total curative effects of combined treatment group and "Qianjin Capsule" group were 80.00%and 55.00%.After two periods treatment, the total curative effects of combined treatment group and "Qianjin Capsule" group were 97.50%and 70.00%.Both after one period treatment and two periods treatment,the total curative effects of combined treatment group are better than Qianjin Capsule"group(P＜0.05). (2) Through the B ULTRASOUND,the patients' pelvic environment have more improvement in combined treatment group than in Qianjin Capsule"group(P＜0.05).(3) After one period treatment,the hemorheology indices of combined treatment group were improve significantly except ESR(P＜0.05);After two periods treatment,the hemorheology indices of combined treatment group were be normal;In addition,though the hemorheology indices of "Qianjin Capsule" group were improve significaati(P＜0.05),some indices were not normal.(4) The relapse rate of combined treatment group was lower than "Qianjin Capsule" group in the next three months without treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusions:(1) The combined treatment can ameliorate and clear up the symptoms of the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.(2) The chronic pelvic inflammatory disease all have stagnant blood,the indices of hemorhelolgy all go up.The combined treatment can cut down the hemorheology indices significantly.(3) The combined treatment can hold on a good therapeutic effect in the next three months without treatment.This kinds of treatment can reduce the relapse rate and be used safely.
