The Clinical Significance Of BCL-6, P-gp, GST-p, Topo-â…¡ In Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma And The Relationship Between Them And The TCM

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of BCL-6,P-gp,GST-p,Topo-â…¡in the DLBCL patients that without treatment.Geting the preliminary understanding between BCL-6,P-gp, GST-p,Topo-â…¡and the TCM.Methods:Collecting 34 treated more than 2 Treatment courses DLBCL patients' Pathology specimens,these belong to the Fujian provincially established hospital pathology department. Examing the expressions of BCL-6,P-gp,GST-p,Topo-â…¡.Seeking for the relationship between the four results and the prognosis.Analyzing the cases in the chinese medicine way. Seeking for the relationship between the chinese medicine diagnosis and the above 4 results.Results:BCL-6,P-gp,GST-p and Topo-â…¡were closely related with the IPI score.BCL-6 had a negative correlation with the IPI score and the others had a positive correlation with the IPI score.The curative effects of 2 chemotherapy treatment had no relevance with the IPI score, had a negative correlation with BCL-6,had a positive correlation with P-gp,GST-p and Topo-â…¡.The curative effects of 6 chemotherapy treatment had a negative correlation with BCL-6,had a positive correlation with IPI score,P-gp,GST-p and Topo-â…¡.The chinese medicine diagnoses were different and the curative effects were different as well,however, the expressions of BCL-6,P-gp,GST-p,Topo-â…¡had no obvious relationship with the chinese medicine diagnoses.Conclusion:In the DLBCL patients,the BCL-6 high express means the prognosis is better,however, the high expression of P-gp,GST-p,Topo-â…¡means that the prognosis is worse.Those DLBCL patients,which were diagnosed as real diagnosis by chinese medicine,mostly have a good curative effect of chemotherapy treatment.
