The Clinical Observation And Research Of Yangxinfumaitang Particals Treating Of Coronary Heart Disease Premature Ventricular Beats In Syndrome Of Asthenia Of Qi And Blood

Objective: The Clinical Observation and Research of Yangxinfumaitang particals treating 25 Cases of Coronary heart disease Premature ventricular beats in Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood.Methods: Select 50 patients of Coronary heart disease Premature ventricular beats (Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood ).The 50 patients were divided into treatment group (n=25), and control group (n=25). The treatment group was treated with Yangxinfumaitang one dose daily, decocted in water for 300ml, and taken orally after breakfast and supper respectively. The control group was treated with Shensongyangxincapsule, taken orally 4 grains every time and there times every day. Observe the changement of the syndrome, the signs, the ECG of the 50 patients of Coronary heart disease Premature ventricular beats before and after treatment. The two trials continued for3 weeks.Results:â‘ Assess the efficacy of the 24 hours cardiogram: Compare of Premature: The treatment group whose overall effective rate was 84%, 13cases cured, 8cases showed excellent results .The control group whose overall effective rate was 88%, 15cases cured, 7cases showed excellent results. Analyzing the efficacy statistically of the two groups, there were no significant differences (P>0.05).â‘¡Assess the efficacy of the ECG: Compare of the change of ST, The treatment group whose overall effective rate was 84%, 15cases showed excellent results and6effective. The control group whose overall effective rate was 84%,13cases showed excellent results and 8effective. Analyzing the efficacy statistically of the two groups, there were no significant differences (P>0.05).â‘¢Assess the efficacy of the various syndromes: The treatment group whose overall effective rate was 92%, 8cases cured, llcases showed excellent results and 4effective. The control group whose overall effective rate was 92%, 9cases cured, 8cases showed excellent results and 6effective. Analyzing the efficacy statistically of the two groups, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05).â‘£There was no distinct adverse reaction in the treatment group.Conclusion: The efficacy of Yangxinfumaitang in treating Coronary heart disease Premature ventricular beats in Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood was exact and safe, so it can be extended.
