The recipients of 2007 had 62 cases. The recipients of 2008 had 38 cases. The recipients both 2007 and 2008 had 36 cases. The specificity of anti-HLA and anti-MICA antibodies were detected by Flow PRATM beads. Simultaneously, their serum creatinine levels and clinical data were analyzed.Results:â‘´24 recipients had antibody and 38 recipients had not antibody in 2007, the rate of positive was 38.71% (24/62). 19 recipients had antibody and 19 recipients had not antibody in 2008, the rate of positive was 50.0% .⑵17 recipients whose no anti-HLA and anti-MICA antibodies from 2007 to 2008, among them 4 recipients transformed antibodies from negative to positive.⑶Anti-HLA antibodies of recipients in 36 cases: One case changed from negative to HLA-â…¡antibody 1 year before; One case witnessed no change in the specificity of HLA-â… antibody; 3 cases saw the rise both in specificity of HLA-â…¡antibody and positive rate 1year later; 1 case experienced the failure of function with antibody of HLA-â… and HLA-â…¡after one year.â‘·Anti-MICA antibodies of recipients in 36 cases:: 3 cases changed from no antibody to anti-MICA antibody. One case changed from HLA-A1 to anti-MICA antibody; there were no significant change among the other 32 recipients, but the recipients of Scr levels changed rising.⑸The recipients were divided into change and no change groups according to antibody were significant difference(P=0.005). There was significant difference of the Scr levels to compare with change antibody and no change antibody groups(P=0.05).Conclusion: Not only have antibody or no after transplant, but also important time of follow-up change that de novo antibody created in post transplant It is important to detect specificity and positive value of anti-HLA antibodies and anti-MICA antibody regular follow-up post transplant, to take effective therapy for decreasing the occurrence and development rejection on renal allograft. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Kidney, Transplant, Anti-HLA antibody, anti- MICA antibody, Creatinine | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
