Reslving On The Action Of Physicians May Not Refuse Treatment From Law

Medical dispute frequently and disharmony doctor-patient relationship has become a hot social issue.The phenomenon which physicians breach of their obligation to refuse treatment patients in the community is very serious indeed.But in our country the obligation of physicians may not refuse treatment has not be explicitly stipulated in the law. In order to better regulate the physician's behavior,confirm their obligation to the patients,which achieve better prevention of the medical disputes, set up a harmonious relationship between physician and patient. This paper study the problom of the physicians may not refuse treatment. First of all, analyse the reasons of the physicians may not refuse treatment. And mainly to think the phenomenon of the physicians refuse treatment from law, respectively to meet its legal responsibilities from Administrative Law, Civil Law and Criminal Law.And then introduces the doctor's obligations and the rights of patients, and summarize the meaning of the physicians may not refuse treatment , Last suggest set up the obligation of the physicians may not refuse treatment on the law.
