Objective moesin in non-small cell lung cancer's expression and its significance.Methods Take fifty cases as samples from XiangYa Hospital's non-small cell lung cancer patients who had surgery treatment and physician diagnosed and five samples of normal lung tissues. Use the way of immunohistochemistry to detect moesin in different clinical staging of non-small cell lung cancer to find out moesin in non-small cell lung cancer's expression and its significance.Results Moesin in normal lung tissues and non-small cell lung cancer tissues: in five cases of normal lung tissue, no positive expression of Moesin. In non-small cell lung cancer, Moesin positive expression rate was 92% (46/50), in which strong positive expression rate of 46% (23/50). Non-small cell lung cancer tissues positive expression was significantly higher than normal lung tissue, the difference between statistical significance (P = 0.000, Fisher exact probability method). Moesin in different TNM staging non-small cell lung tissues also vary.Conclusions 1.Moesin in non-small cell lung cancer's expression significantly increased suggests that it may play an important role. in the lung cancer happen.2.Moesin in non-small cell lung cancer's expression closely related to lymph node metastasis and lung cancer different stages implys it may be able to used as non-small cell lung cancer patients to forecast prognosis.
