The Experiment Study Of Repairing The Injured Nerve And Muscle With The Unification Of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) And Adenosine Triphosphate(ATP)

Objective:To investigate the effect of repairing the injured nerve and muscle with the unification of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor(NGF) and Adenosine Triphosphate(ATP).Method:ninety-six healthy SD mouse were used.They were grouping randomly,including Group NGF+ATP,Group NGF,Group ATP and Group NS.And there were no differences between the male and female ones.The sciatic nerves were cutting for 3mm,and connected with the nerve regeneration room.And then,the experiment animals were injected through the abdomen with NS 0.4ml,ATP0.4ml(1mg/ml), NGF0.4ml(0.2ug/ml),NGF+ATP0.4ml(ATP1mg/ml,NGF0.2ug/ml) separately once every three days.And tests included SFI,gross observation,electrophysiological test,the wet muscle weight,and the cross section area of muscular at the 2nd,4th,6th,8th week after the operation.Results:At the 2nd,4th,6th,8th week after the operation,group NGF was better than group ATP at the electrophysiological and wet weight of muscle.And it was better than group ATP at the SFI,the cross area and diameter of the muscle at the 4th,6th,8th week only(P＜0.05). And all the tests of group NGF and group ATP were better than the group NS at each time point.They were statically(P＜0.05).The effect of repairing with the NGF+ATP at the SFI,the transacting speed of nerve and the wet weight of the muscle was better than the other three groups.It was statically(P＜0.05).Through gross observation,we found swelling of the distances of group NGF+ATP were slighter than that of group NGF and group ATP.And no loss of distances was found in the group NGF+ATP. At the 2nd week after operation,there was nerve fiber in the regeneration room,but the nerve didn't connect together.The nerve fiber crossed the regeneration room at the 4th,6th,8th week after the operation. At the growing condition of the nerve,group NGF was better than group ATP,and both of them were better than group NS.The growing condition of the nerve of group NGF+ATP was better than that of the other three groups.And the adhesion and the inflammation in group NGF+ATP were slighter.Conelusion:①The effect of repairing the injury nerve and muscle with the unification of NGF and ATP is apparently,and is better than that of group NGF and group ATP;②there is some distention effect of repairing the injured nerve and muscle with ATP or NGF,but the repairing effect of group ATP is not as good as that of group NGF and group NGF+ATP.
