Clinical Observe On YiQiBuShen Decoction In Treating Nephropathy In Type â…¡ Diabetes Of Qiyinliangxu Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of YiQiBuShen Decoction(YQBSD) in treating Nephropathy in typeâ…¡Diabetes of Qiyinliangxu Syndrome and reduce microalbuminuria.Method:60 patients with Nephropathy in typeâ…¡Diabetes of Qiyinliangxu Syndrome were divided randomly into two groups:treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).control group was treated with Basic Therapeutics:diabetic diet,Gliquidone decreasing blood sugar,Nifedipine or Benazepril decreasing blood pressure,Atorvastatin or Fenofibrate decreasing blood lipids et cetera,treatment group was treated with Basic Therapeutics and YiQiBuShen Decoction.The course of treatment is 14 days.The changes of patents' clinical syndromes,mALB,β₂-MG and blood sugar were observed and compared before and after treatment.Result:Compared effect of reduce microalbuminuria,the treatment group microalbuminuria decline rate is 34.26%,the control group microalbuminuria decline rate is 27.51%.there were statistics differences between the two groups(P <0.01).Compared effect of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,the effective rate of treatment group is 83.33%,the control group is 53.33%,there were statistics differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was better in improving the clinical syndromes,such as frequency of urine,polyuria,weekness,dry mouth,dizzy,tinnitus,dry skin,anorexia,limb edema,constipated etc.Compared with control group,there were significantly superior to those in control group(P＜0.01).The treatment group reduced fasting glucose by 7.82mmol/L,the control group reduced fasting glucose by 7.65mmol/L.There were no statistics differences between the two groups in decreasing blood sugar(P＞0.05).There were no adverse in YQBSD clinical application.Conclusions:The effect of Basic Therapeutics(diabetic diet,decreasing blood sugar,blood pressure and blood lipids) combine with YQBSD is certain in treating Nephropathy in typeâ…¡Diabetes of Qiyinliangxu Syndrome.It can effective against the patents' clinical syndromes,such as frequency of urine,polyuria,weekness,dry mouth,ect.It is effective and no side effect in YQBSD clinical application.
