Protective Effect Of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride Combined With Pralidoxime Chloride On Cardiotoxicity Induced By Mixed Pesticides

Objective To observe the protective effect of penehyclidine hydrochiloride combined with pralidoxime chloide on cadiotoxicity induced by mixed pesticides.Methods All 50 healthy adult Wistar rats were randomizdly assigned into normal control groups,mixed pesticides groups,6h treatment group,12h treatment group,24h treatment group.Serum aspartate aminotansferase(AST),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase(CK-MB),cardia Troponin I(cTnI),cholinesrerase(CHE) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) were detected at the end of experiment.Results The mixed pesticedes group animals were died within six hours.None died in treament group and control group.The serum AST,α-HBDH,LDH,CK,CK-MB and cTnI of mixed pesticedes group were 510.8±27.98 U/L,619.2±28.91 U/L,1376.4±58.05 U/L,1603.6±42.67 U/L,1167±180.9U/L and 2.860±0.097ng/ml and were higher than that of control group(P＜0.01).The serum AST,α-HBDH,LDH,CK,CK-MB and cTnI of treament groups were lower than that of mixed pesticedes groups(P＜0.01).The serum CHE of mixed pesticedes groups was 117.6±33.89U/L and was lower than that of control group(P＜0.01 ).The serum CHE of treatment groups were higher than that of mixed pesticedes group.The serum CHE of treatment groups were lower than that of control group.Conclusion The heart protection of penehyclidine hydrochloride combinde with pralidoxime chloride is effective on mixed pesticides poisoning.
