â… . The Suv Of ¹⁸F-FDG PET-CT To Predicting The Prognosis Of The Pations With Ovarian Cancer â…¡. Expression Of CEACAM6 In Patients With Ovarian Cancer And Its Clinical Significance

Objective:To investigate the clinical application of the suv of ¹⁸F-FDG PET-CT in predicting the prognosis of the patients with ovarian carcinoma.Methods:Twenty-two women with ovarian carcinoma treated with primary cytoreductive surgery and followed up with chemotherapy (platinum) underwent ¹⁸F-FDG PET-CT(preoperative and/or postoperative) and compared with surgical pathology,by follow-up visiting to obtain the live time of the paitients.The x2 test was used to correlate this indexes with clinicopathologic parameters and SUV.Their influence on patient survival was evaluated with the COX proportional hazards model.Results:In the ovarian carcinoma samples:1.The number of the suv of the primary lesion of ¹⁸F-FDG PET-CT (preoperative) rise with the developing of ovarian carcinoma.(P＜0.05)2.The number of the suv of the metastasis of ¹⁸F-FDG PET-CT (postoperative) rise with the developing of ovarian carcinoma.(P＜0.05)3.The average live time of the paitions with the well differentiated adenocorcinoma is the longest;the poorly differentiated is the second;the middle differentiated is the shortest.(P＜0.05)Conclusions:1.The prognosis of the paitian is more poor with the number of the suv of the primary lesion of ¹⁸F-FDG PET-CT(preoperative) more higer.2.The prognosis of the paitian is more poor with the number of the suv of the metastasis of ¹⁸F-FDG PET-Cr(postoperative) more higer. Objective:To study the expressions of CEACAM6 in patients with ovarian cancer,and its clinical significance.Methods:The expressions of PCNA,ki-67 and CEACAM6 were determinded in 20 cases of ovarian cancer and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue individualwith immunohistochemical S-Pmethod.Results:1.The expression rate of PCNA,ki-67 and CEACAM6 in 20 ovarian cancer samples was 85%,80%and 35%,significantly higher than that in 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue individual(40%,30%and 10%).2.In 20 ovarian cancer samples,The expression rate of PCNA and ki-67 rise with the developing of ovarian cancer(75%,85.71%,100%and 58.33%,62.5%,100%P＜0.05),but CEACAM6 not(37.5%,42.86%,40%P＞0.05);3.The expression rate of PCNA,ki-67 in 8 serous cystoadenoma samples was 87.5%,75%and the expression rate of PCNA,ki-67 in 9 mucous cystoadenoma samples was 88.89%,77.78%.(P＞0.05);the expression rate of CEACAM6 in 8 serous cystoadenoma samples was 12.5%and the expression rate of it in 9 mucous cystoadenoma samples was 77.78%.(P＜0.05)4.The expression of CEACAM6 in 1 endodermal sinus tumor and 2 clear-cell carcinomas was absent,but the expression of ki-67 was present.The expression of PCNA in 1 endodermal sinus tumor and 1 clear-cell carcinoma was present,and was absent in the other clear-cell carcinoma.5.The expression rate of PCNA,ki-67 and CEACAM6 in 4 lymph nodes was 100%,75%and 50%.Their primary lesions were mucous cystoadenoma, whose expression rate of CEACAM6 were present,but the intension of the lymph nodes was dickier to the primary lesions individually.Conclusion:1.The relation was not correlated significantly between the expression of CEACAM6 and the differentiated degree of the ovarian cancer.2.The expression rate of CEACAM6 in 9 mucous cystoadenoma samples was more than which in 8 serous cystoadenoma samples,and The expression of CEACAM6 of lymph nodes in 2 mucous cystoadenoma samples was present.
