Lycium barbarum plant for the Solanaceae (Lycium barbarum) of the fruit of the regional distribution center for the Hexi Corridor, and Qaidam Basin in Qinghai to areas along the Yellow River in Shanxi Province is a dual-purpose plant food drug, Sweet, sexual-ping, portal triad, kidney by a variety of pharmacological effects and biological functions. This issue in order to study Chinese wolfberry, a variety of Lycium barbarum in the water-soluble components have been studied for the development of Lycium barbarum foundation.First, the success rate of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides as an index, through the single-factor experiments and orthogonal test on water-soluble components of the extraction process is optimized, and then to 10kg wolfberry wolfberry as the raw material for the preparation of water extract. Extract from the adoption of AB-8 macroporous resin column, followed by water, 10% ~ 95% ethanol for gradient elution, flow liquid thin layer chromatography using post-test is divided into six parts.Secondly, the use of ethanol precipitation to the initial separation of sugar components of polysaccharides and oligosaccharides for two parts, the use of DEAE-cellulose ion-exchange column chromatography, separation of the crude polysaccharide, and every part of starch digestion in vitro inhibition tests, which were selected with in vitro digestibility of the starch composition has inhibitory activity.Third, the application of ion-exchange DEAE-5PW (30) chromatography, gel HW-55F, HW-40F by means of chromatography, such as Chinese wolfberry extract of the water component in the separation of oligosaccharides, the use of phenol sulfuric acid method , thin layer chromatography for detection of the elution process, and ultimately received two oligosaccharides. The use of NMR for the identification of its structure. Finally, the application of ion-exchange chromatography DEAE-cellulose, MCI, ODS, HW-40F chromatography by means of macroporous resin for separation of 10%, 30% ethanol elution separation of parts, using thin layer chromatography on washed from the results of an analysis by the three alkaloids compounds, and its structure using nuclear magnetic resonance method for the preliminary identification.
