| Objective: For mixed hemorrhoid treatment, to explore the maintenance of a normal anal coushions location, no damage teeth line area sensory epithelia, and can effectively remove the lesion and reduce postoperative complications and sequelae of surgical methods.Method: 28 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients are randomly divided into two groups, treatment group are 14 cases, 14 cases of the control group. Treatment group use horizontal form suturing internal hemorrhoid and resection external hemorrhoid and retain tooth line surgery, the control group use External Dissection and Internal Ligation technique (Milligan-Morgan operation). Separately by two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, operation time, postoperative complications, postoperative sequelae, wound healing time and anal circumference before and after surgery, such as observation of statistical indicators.Results: Horizontal form suturing internal hemorrhoid and resection external hemorrhoid and retain tooth line surgery for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with the traditional technique External Dissection and Internal Ligation compared ,the clinical cure rate, relapse rate, operation time, edema, infection, urinary retention,anus wet, such as the incidence of no significant statistical difference (P>0.05). Two groups of patients with wound healing time, postoperative pain, postoperative bleeding,anal stenosis,defecation ,the anal discomfort,anal canal's perimeter are a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Concludes: Horizontal form suturing internal hemorrhoid and resection external hemorrhoid and retain tooth line surgery to ensure that the cure rate in patients on the basis of the effective protection of the normal structure and function of the anus, shorten wound healing time and reduce postoperative complications and sequelae. |
