Clinical Research On Treating Chronic Hepatitis B Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency, Heat Resistance Permits With Longchai Decoction

Objective: The topic choses for the study of Longchai decoction for the observation the changes of clinical symptoms and micro-target detection before and after treatment to patients with chronic hepatitis B of Liver depression and spleen deficiency, heat resistance permits, in order to further confirm the effect;Combined with modern pharmacological research findings to get a scientific, objective and reasonable analysis of clinical effect.Methods: According to the principle of random grouping,we have been diagnosed as chronic hepatitis B patients with Liver depression and spleen deficiency, heat resistance permits 60 by 1:1 ratio are randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Treatment group with Longchai decoction , the control group to the compound Yigan pill. Treatment for 6 months,the two group were observed in patients with clinical symptoms and signs, liver function, hepatitis B virus changes and in the light of "traditional Chinese medicine treatment of viral hepatitis clinical research of new drugs the guiding principles of chronic hepatitis B criteria compared the two drugs in the treatment.Results:1.The two groups total clinical effects of comparison: the treatment group,the significant efficiency of 16.7%, the efficiency of 76.7%, total effective rate is 93.4%; the control group, the significant efficiency of 3.3%, the efficiency of 66.7%, total effective rate is 70.7%,the treatment group is higher than the control group compared to the total clinical effects and it has significant difference (P <0.05).2.The symptoms of two groups after treatment than before have improved,improvements in the treatment group of abdominal distention,hypochondriac pain,heavy storm and fatigue and thin soft stool are better than the control group,the two groups show statistically significant (P <0.05).3.The comparison of improvements in the liver function:after treatment, AST, ALT,γ-GT, TB, DB and are significantly improved,there are significant differences in reducing transaminases andγ-GT(P <0.05 ), the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.4.The changes of HBV markers detection indicators between the two groups:for the treatment group HBsAg negative rate of 3.3%, HBeAg negative rate of 48.0%,51.9% negative rate of HBV-DNA; and the control group HBsAg negative rate of 0, HBeAg negative rate 3.7 %, HBV-DNA negative rate of 0%,the negative rate of HBeAg and HBV-DNA is much significantly higher in the treatment group than the control group(P <0.01).5. Comparison of side effects: There are no adverse reactions and side effects.Concludes: 1.Treatment of Longchai decoction of liver depression and spleen deficiency, heat resistance permits have achieved good results,on the side of patients with chronic hepatitis B have a certain degree of improvement in symptoms, restore liver function, from the overall effect on reducing transaminases and antiviral activity. 2.Application of Longchai decoction to the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver depression and spleen deficiency, heat resistance permits can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, especially in improving patients abdominal distention,hypochondriac pain,heavy storm and fatigue and thin soft stool syndromes better than the control group,such priority areas in the control group shows Longchai decoction to treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver depression and spleen deficiency, heat resistance permits a better Qingre lishi, Shugan Jianpi role. 3.
