Study On The Results Of Evaluation Indicator System In Clinical Nursing Pathway

Clinical nursing pathway in the field of health services around the world have been widely used and developed, and become an emerging health care organizations achieve the standardization of medical practice and activity of instrument. The current form has been more systematic, perfect, sophisticated system, nurses use the stratified implementation and management of the institutionalized and systematic.In this study, the issue of clinical nursing at home and abroad to study the status and progress of the path, analysis of clinical nursing pathway problems on our country,guided by the principle of continuous improvement processes, on the idea of the absorption system,as well as the concept of evidence-based medicine, the use of a literature review,literatura on the comparison of clinical nursing pathway and the result of evaluation indicator and preliminary construction of the standard,Delphi then build on the initial evaluation of indicators standards for experts advice and detailed three rounds of proof, established the results of clinical nursing evaluation path; at the same time, the use of AHP to determine weights of the indicators, the evaluation more scientific and perfect, established for the relevant functional departments of clinical nursing content and the development path of service to provide a standardized reference.To achieve the result of clinical nursing pathway of systematic and standardized evaluation, clinical pathway for promoting the use and development of our country have some role in guiding.
