| [Objective]To investigate and anlysis the cytobiological character of the ABCG2~+ ACC-M and ABCG2~- ACC-M,and provide trial references for carcinoma stem cells of further reseach.[Methods](1) In vitro individual cell culture was employed to observe the proliferating character of ACC-M cells.(2) Using the technology of immune magnetic bead to separate the ABCG2~+ ACC-M and ABCG2~- ACC-M and the method of single cell culture in vitro to investigate their disassociation and proliferation character.[Results]In vitro cell cultre,only 4.52 percent cells of ACC-M divide and proliferate:26.54 percent cells of ABCG2~+ ACC-M can disassociation and proliferation,only 0.68 percent cells of ABCG2~- ACC-M underwent division. Comparing ACC-M carcinoma cells with ABCG2~+ ACC-M and ABCG2~- ACC-M ones.it is found that ABCG2~+ ACC-M carcinoma cells have the strongest proliferation power;ACC-M ones,weaker;while ABCG2~-ACC-M the weakest.[Conclusion]Not all of the ACC-M have the ability to clone cells.Only a small fraction may continue o grow,and most cells eventually happen to die. ABCG2 may be one of the signs on the surfaces of ACC-M carcinoma stem cells. |
